Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Damaged Items
